Cheesey, Saucy, Goodness

I don't usually make lasagna from scratch - that frozen stuff in the orange box is pretty tasty and so easy and that usually suffices.  But recently I took it upon myself to go all the way from scratch - including the pasta - and you know what?  I won't go back!  Sure, it was more work than popping a frozen brick into the oven but it was less work than you might assume and it tasted so good!

I also whipped up a batch of the fresh pasta and used the fetuccine cutter on my pasta machine to make noodles and they were really good, even though I cheated and used a bottled sauce.
