1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C Honey
1/2 C Maple Syrup
1/4 C plus 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/2 teaspoon Allspice
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 teaspoon Salt
8 C Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
Combine brown sugar, honey, syrup, oil, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cloves and salt in a small bowl. Pour over oats in a large bowl and stir to combine.
Spread evenly over two half sheet pans and bake at 250° for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes and rotating pans halfway through.
Allow granola to cool to room temperature then store in an airtight container.
