2 Tablespoons Cold Butter
3 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 - 3 Tablespoons Milk
Place butter in a small bowl and mash with a fork to soften a bit. Add powdered sugar, a tablespoon or two at a time, mashing into the butter until a thick paste forms. Add the remaining powdered sugar and vanilla and stir. Add milk a tablespoon at a time and stir until icing reaches desired consistency.
